Nose

Another with big cask influence - dunnage warehouse, varnish, black pepper, treacle, liquorice, dried fruits and smoke (smoked cheese?). A big boy.

Palate

Those big, rich, fruity, figgy, raisined flavours dominate, then comes a light perfumed note that just knocks the balance a bit.

Finish

Dry, smoky.
