Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: Lively and young. Green oak, balsa wood, lemon. With water, green fig, marshmallow, summer fruits and aromatic top notes.

Palate: Alcohol obscures the sweet centre. Water opens up grassiness, pear, baked apple. Concentrated.

Finish: Clean and short.

Comment: Another vibrant springtime aperitif.

Score: 7.5

Taster

Nose: Fruity. Zesty. Vanilla rises up in sweet waves. Orchard fruits. Fresh and lively. Needs time to open.

Palate: Surprisingly sweet in spite of the high strength. Coating. Ripe apricots, peaches.

Finish: Lingering, slightly heavy but satisfying. Candied ginger. Almondy.

Comment: A wake up dram. Not a great deal of complexity but an enjoyable fruitiness to make you think of springtime.
