A rich and comforting character. Complex but not complicated. To warm you up on a dull evening. Play Beethoven Symphony No.7 (second movement) and you'll be in heaven.

Taster
Nose: Mellow, rich dried fruit, spicy oak with a burst of fresh citrus zest mid-way, and opening up further with apricot jam, cocoa powder and vanilla.
Palate: Creamy vanilla, chocolate, fruit trifle sweetness, with more fruit opening up: orange marmalade, apricot jam then some chocolate, nutmeg and cappuccino notes.
Finish: Citrus, vanilla, butterscotch, dry spicy oak.
Comment: Like a platter of various desserts, why choose one when you can have them all.
Score: 8
