Nose

Really vibrant with lots of red fruit notes: cherries and cranberries, a touch of strawberry laces. There’s a nice maple note alongside a hint of oak and char.

Palate

Full and rounded, lots of depth here. Dark chocolate, liquorice, loads of cherry in all its forms.

Finish

Lengthy with a good tingle around the edges and lashing of cherry cough syrup.
