Nose: Dry sherry and lots of natural caramel.
Palate: Big mouthfeel with lots of ripe fruit. Sweet throughout, like sugared plums and custard.
Finish: The longest, most full-bodied finale of all; rich saline oakiness and toasty malt. The rich fruit is never far away.

Nose: Peaty. Lightly phenolic.
Palate: Sweet, syrupy. Lightly creamy. Developing light floweriness and sugared almonds.
Finish: Peach-stone notes. Attenuated. Dry.
Comment: A little woody. Choice of cask?
