Tasting Notes

Nose

Oaky. Fresh sawdust. Intense but rough. A sweeter note slowly (even reluctantly !) comes through. White nougat, praline. With a hint of grapes. Develops on nutty notes.

Palate

Smooth, velvety. Cloying. Sweet maltiness. Cream soda. White chocolate. Getting sweeter. Enticing.

Finish

Sweet, nutty. That nougat note comes back as well.

Comment

The palate is sweeter and more open than the nose. Oak mellows on time.\rGive it time.
