Taster

Nose: Scented. Night stocks, honeysuckle, baked apple with caramelised Demerara sugar. The light, savoury edge that comes with age. Water makes it slightly drier with hints of tropical fruit and, in time, wood oils.

Palate: Tongue-coating. A scented bower with peachy depths and some melon that shifts to BBQ pineapple. Elegant and refined.

Finish: Clean with a raspberry touch.

Comment: Elegance personified. A great mature complex dram.
