Taster
Nose: Immediate and expressive. All the scented, exotic lift of Peychaud bitters, dandelion and burdock,Maraschino juice, and rock candy. In time there's a mix of redwood and yew sap and assertive rye.
Palate: Light and clean then candy floss, spearmint, and a blast of spiciness to the finish. Thinned just a little with water where the oak structure comes through.
Finish: Clean and crisp. Cherry tobacco.
Comment: Clean very precise and well crafted.
Score: 8.1
