Taster

Nose: Very shy at first, gentle mown grass notes, plain flour, melted butter, fresh\rwood shavings and wool skins.

Palate: Sweet and malty, still very gentle. Raspberry meringue with maple syrup and some wood spices.

Finish: Spices suddenly explode and tannins give great grip and warmth.

Comment: Nothing gives away that finish.

Score: 7.9
