Nose

Tight, fragrant nose: cinnamon, clove, apple and heather. Firmer and more malty with water.

Palate

A fairly tight structure with root ginger, heather, dry grass, dried apple. Good maturity, well balanced and a spicy, exotic overtone.

Finish

Clean, good length.

Comment

Balances sweet and savoury. Next time though make it unchillfiltered!
