Taster

Nose: Caramel chews. Lobster bisque, grilled prawns and gentle peat. Very buttery with melon and creamy oak.

Palate: Those creamy notes come through with a sweet, light edge. A herbal and spicy note builds gently.

Finish: The spices explode with a crisp dryness.

Comment: A well chosen cask, perfect summer evening tipple perhaps with soda.
