Tasting Notes

Nose

Very unusual. Almost animal. Beefy, oxtail soup aromas. After a while, becomes earthy and musty, and later on, some sweet aromas break through (toffee, a touch of vanilla).

Palate

Sour and tangy citrus fruit notes. Overripe pear. Passion fruit. Nice chocomint taste behind.

Finish

Dry, warm and bitter.

Comment

Very unusual but interesting. Wood leaves a heavy imprint on malty aromas. Water is a real killer with this one.
