Nose

Poised, elegant, mature nose of Cognac-esque dried fruit, maple syrup and tea leaves. The sawdusty oak sits beneath whilst a touch of citrus adds freshness. Tropical melon, apricot and kiwi. Butter, minty herbs and spice appear.

Palate

Fresh and citric with honey and dusty oak. Apricot, melon and guava notes. Dusty, bitter tannins come through on the middle, but the balance is spot on!\n

Finish

Long, fresh, crisp and herbal. Some creamy oak vanillins and dusty spice.\n

Simply stunning! A little more sweetness in the finish might have been nice.
