Taster

Nose: Rich and warming. Oak, nougat, melted chocolate before sour cherry, rye flour, pot pourri faded roses and light tobacco. Sweet but tart at the same time.

Palate: The sweetness of age and oak is quickly eliminated by nutmeg, allspice,\rcinnamon and pepper.

Finish: Spice.

Comment: A more rye-accented single barrel but one which maintains this series' high\rstandard of excellence.
