Hot terracotta tiles, mineral salts, perfumed lavender pomander and acacia honey. Time reveals a touch of ashy cigar smoke.

Palate

Passion fruit, more lavender, creamed coconut a touch of milky cornflakes and then it's off into drying Bourbon casks. Nicely balanced betwixt soaring fruit and oak.

Finish

Creamy oak and bergamot.
