Nose: Minty rye notes.

Palate: Firm but smooth. Milk chocolate.

Finish: More complex and lively than its younger brothers.

Comment: Much more character.

Nose: Big, deep mature notes: white mushroom, molasses, toffee, vanilla/butterscotch, black fruits with teasing spiciness. Leathery and oaky, but balanced with smooth coffee and cream.

Palate: Smooth and elegant, sweet deep and slow: cigar smoke, raspberry, soft centred yet spicy.

Finish: Big and long.

Comment: Sophisticated sipping stuff for long evenings. Leonard Cohen.
