Nose

Molasses and treacle on baking paper. Redcurrant jelly and cranberries in chocolate. With water, manuka honey and leather school satchels.

Palate

Very grippy like dark chocolate with high cocoa content. A drying texture like walnut skins, ground mace and hazelnuts with little sweetness.

Finish

Quite drawing and dry with a long finish.

Comment

This begs for water, so add carefully. A wonderful nose.
