Usually fruity and a little minty, floral character, citrus lingers with the vanilla, rye and sandalwood.

Palate

The flavours unravel in slow motion: soft rye then a slight malty character and then fuller corn.

Finish

Cocoa enriches the final moments that have been sweetened by a light molasses.

Comment

Perhaps the lightest Elmer T Lee of the dozens I have savoured.
