ABV 43.3%
Celebrates the part the rye and malt notes can play against the more neutral background of corn. Almost too complex to be true.

Nose: A stunning herbal start blossoms into a ginger-honey sweetness.
Palate: A fresh and clean start allows the corn to develop beautifully before the rye takes hold.
Finish: Medium length only, quality outstanding with fresh rye bringing the curtain down.
Comment: Celebrates the part the rye and malt notes can play against the more neutral background of corn. Almost too complex to be true.

Taster
Nose: Sweet, fresh. Spearmint. Allspice.
Palate: Very clean malty sweetness. Soft, light, syrupy. Clean citrus flavour. Seems at first like candied fruits, then becomes more ethereal. Orange flower water?
Finish: Delicately dry. Slightly sharp.
Comment: Very different in style. Liqueur-ish.
Score: 8.5
