Nose

A candy floss sweetness with some green plum, lemon balm, eucalyptus and oak. Water brings out a cinnamon note and garrigue like herbs. Good balance.

Palate

Perfumed, silky and sweet in the centre with fizzing spices. Good succulent flow which balances the perfumed notes with spice and toffee apple. Better with water. Great balance.

Finish

Tight and spicy, some cherry.
