Spice is the order of the day here, which overpowers the vanilla a little, but does provide a foundation for some red berries and rhum agricole notes to flourish. The sweetness of the grain is again the order of the day here with brown sugars mixing with

Crème brûlée topping, roast chicken flavour crisps and toffee apple.

Comment

Oddly balanced, I can't work out if I'd mix this or drink it neat. The latter shouts louder, but only just.
