A soft drink with alcohol? Pleasant and refreshing. A dash of water is necessary to cut the edges though. But it enhances astringency.

Taster

Nose: Tangy. Malty. Cereal bowl. A big wave of vanilla. And more vanilla! Cream soda. Candyfloss. Lemon juice.

Palate: Crisp. Raw silk feel. Sweet and spicy in the same time; light and pleasant flavour delivery. Vanilla, lemonade, ginger ale as well.

Finish: Dry, quickly fading with a slight astringency. Quite clean.

Comment: A soft drink with alcohol? Pleasant and refreshing. A dash of water is necessary to cut the edges though. But it enhances astringency.

Score: 7.7

Taster

Nose: American ice cream floats, lots of cream and a citrus zest freshness. Honey Nut cornflakes and warm milk. Baker's crust and more sweetness.

Palate: Refreshing and sweet. Chantilly cream, oak shavings, some spices lurk, ginger, cinnamon too.

Finish: Almost vanishes, dries with a zestiness.

Comment: Water helps bring out the malty and sweet side. Certainly an interesting drop.
