ABV 46%
The fruity explosion is surprising. I prefer it without adding water. Deliciously refreshing as well.

Nose: Sweet and creamy. Floral and fruity. Plums. Raisins. Water adds malty notes. Oat biscuit. And a touch of vanilla.
Palate: Satin-like. Sweet and sour. Cranberries, dried strawberries, plums, marshmallow. Even cherries. Very fruity indeed. Drying on spices. Water tones down the rich fruitiness.
Finish: Still fruity with a spicy kick. Distant smoke in the back.
Comment: The fruity explosion is surprising. I prefer it without adding water. Deliciously refreshing as well.

Nose: Custard cream biscuits, dark fruit compote, a sweet vanilla laced edge, meringue, cinder toffee.
Palate: Masses of fruit here, from orchard fruits, apples, pears, to peaches and cream, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg too. A hint of wood smoke.
Finish: Long, lush and fruity, with that gentle bonfire note lurking.
Comment: Wow, a serious eye opener, so many layers of fruit. Perfect outdoors.
Score: 8.5
