Nose

Light and perfumed though a little dusty with a whiff of acetone. White peppercorns, lemon myrtle, wood, pencil shavings.

Palate

Soft and lemony to start, with some perfumed honey. Decent hit of rye; the sourness balances nicely with the Iced Gem sweetness.

Finish

Dry and spicy.

A decent mid-weight introduction. Drink mixed.
