Freshly varnished oak and new make. Becomes alarmingly agricultural.

Palate

Dry, oaky, bitter, wheatgerm.

Finish

Hard.

Comment

The whisky's (just) at the additive rather than interactive stage and while\rit will (hopefully) settle down (though that farmyard note is a little worrying)\rthere's really no point in bottling something at this stage.
