A little misdirected, I couldn't get to grips with the flavours in the mix here but I can see how this might appeal.

Taster
Nose: Lemon meringue pie, star fruit, vanilla and very light honey. Marshmallow gives this note some bounce.
Palate: Lemon curd, vanilla, super sweet lemonade and white grape juice.
Finish: Bitter grapefruit and coal dust. A hint of juicy white wines at \nthe death.
Comment: A little misdirected, I couldn't get to grips with the flavours in the mix here but I can see how this might appeal.

Taster
Nose: Gristy and fresh aromas with plenty of lemon, grass and soft apricot. Lightly mineral with hints of white fruit and a touch of oak.
Palate: Soft and creamy with the emphasis firmly on the coffee, caramel oak. The oak has reigned in the freshness of the nose but a touch of apricot and spices appear.
Finish: Reasonable length with the citrus finally emerging from the oak grip leaving a light Sauvignon Blanc-esque grassy after-taste.
Comment: I could have done with a little less oak on the palate.
Score: 7.5
