Nose

Varnish and polished wood cut with some green elements. Hints of\rdrinking chocolate powder, touches of flour and dry oak. Quite firm.

Palate

Sweet and nutty to begin with with caramelised notes, barley sugar sweets\rand a bittersweet raw sugar quality in the centre. With water the flow is more\rpleasant with a gentle spiciness.

Finish

Bitter chocolate.
