Exotic wood with a touch of incense. Thyme and rosemary. Very Fragrant. Cedarwood. A meaty note. Grilled sausage. Opening on dried sour fruit. Cranberry. Candied orange. Some complexity.

Palate

Sweet and balsamic. Liquorice (the sweet root). Dried fruit comes again.

Finish

Sweet with an astringent edge.

An old Bourbon? The nose is very interesting. The palate maybe a little behind. Avoid water.
