Nose

That bamboo/hessian alongside wet linen (Mr Darcy emerging from the lake?) then comes exotic fruits,green melon,rhubarb,oils. Supple and long.

Palate

Big and substantial with smoke kicking in around half-way through, then heavy apple juice sweet/sour mix. Chewy and textured.

Finish

Long and elegant.
