Nose

Highly aromatic with lots of clove, dusty spices and fennel seeds with the fruits behind. In time there is tobacco and some eucalyptus.

Palate

Very gentle start, given the effusive nose then that dusty spiciness comes through, cinnamon especially. Builds heat, energy, and spices, as it moves to the finish.

Finish

Yes -spices again!

As you'd expect from this ongoing series this is perfectly balanced, (one of\rthe quieter expressions?) but lovely.
