Earthy, herbal, with baked potatoes, sherry, sultanas, heather and overt peatiness.\n

Palate

Not as substantial as the nose suggested, but pleasing flavours of orchard fruits and freshly-baked sponge cake sprinkled with ginger.

Finish

Medium-length, warming spices, a hint of liquorice.
