An enjoyable light but vibrant dram. Which will accompany a fish dish (add\ra splash of water in your glass). Don't expect complexity. The cask did not\rgive much.

Nose: Light. Grassy, lemony. A bit sharp. Herbal tea. Lemon grass. Warm vanilla\rcustard. Muësli.
Palate: Smooth at first. Then pretty fizzy. Very refreshing. Peppermint, star anis.\rHerbalist shop.
Finish: Pleasantly soothing on powder ginger and lemon zest.
Comment: An enjoyable light but vibrant dram. Which will accompany a fish dish (add\ra splash of water in your glass). Don't expect complexity. The cask did not\rgive much.
Nose: Refined, lightly scented with lots of lots of birch, pine and earthy iris. Pure, with a perfect bone structure.
Palate: Sweet, lifted, gentle and pure with hints of moss and mint. Just lacks a\rlittle extrain the centre.
Finish: Clean and soft.
Comment: It is of its style, which is one in its restraint and coolness is becoming\rincreasingly potent. For me this just needs a little energy to lift it into excellence.
