Nose

The merest whiff of acetone before the smoke enters hand in hand with black liquorice. Sun-warmed stones covered with wet seaweed and a note of cocoa butter and an almost floral lift.

Palate

Clean and sweeter than you'd expect from the way that the smoke floods the whole mouth. Then a heathery lift\rintroduces some creamy sweet spices.

Finish

Cracked black pepper.
