Nose

Light and clean. Touch of flannel, green peppercorn, pistachio nut (rather than ice cream) and rose. Water brings out grape seed and unripe pineapple.

Palate

Very sweet and hot. Becomes nuttier than the nose suggests with a gentle grip. Needs the water to show the fineness of the spirit.

Finish

A balancing light dustiness.
