Nose

Intense and rich. Damp cider cellar. Oak is prevailing but well combined with fruit. Honeyed apples. That nose reminds me of some calvados. With water, polished oak floor.

Palate

Crisp and dry. With the same oak presence as on the nose but again nicely melting with sweeter notes. Toffee apple, ground ginger spice.

Finish

Dry, oaky, spicy.

An oaky character, slightly dour at first but opening on fruit and toffee. Be light when adding water.
