Nose

Gentle and quite subtle to start with floral notes of honeysuckle, elderflower, meadowsweet and sweet lightly toasted spices.

Palate

Beautiful spread of flavours. Quite unctuous and, when neat, very spicy moving now into ginger. A whiff of curry leaf emerges with water.

Finish

Very pure with tangerine and light hints of flowers.

Comment

Quite restrained but with real elegance and charm.
