Nose

Huge beads burst with wet wool, camphor and damp tobacco. Brine washed shells and freshly crushed lemongrass. The hulk finds his inner soul softening with fluffy marshmallow and clean, green agave.

Palate

Honey cured bacon sizzling on a barbeque laced with rosemary and sage. A game of two halves: chalk, flint and clean ash followed by a chunky farmyard earthiness.

Tooth coating and fiery.
