Chopped, mixed nuts and a buttery pastry. Amaretto biscuits, honeydew melon and Granny Smith apples. Lemon meringue pie.

Palate

A sweet syrupy texture with vanilla, melons and lemon rind. Victoria Sponge.

Finish

Minerally and lightly earthy.

Comment

A bright, sparkling nose and slightly less exciting on the palate but still good.
