Nose: Tangy, vibrant. Summery. Green wood. Freesia.
Palate: Sweet. Flowing. A bit sharp. Minty. Dill. Touch of coconut milk.
Finish: Dry, spicy. Burning.
Comment: Quite a light character for a Highland malt. Water helps but still a bit rough. Even on a frosty morning!
Nose: Suede, with ripe berry fruits. A slightly earthy note.
Palate: Lifted to start, violet. Slightly fizzy with gentle sweetness. Begins to deepen and broaden in the mouth. Good presence. Sweet and dry (earthy) together.
Finish: Light white fruits and oak.
Comment: The fruit goes one way the oak the other.
