Sweet and grassy. Dry hay, lemon balm. A sweet biscuity note follows. Vanilla wafer. Then more herb aromas. Freshly chopped parsley.\r

Palate

Round and soft. Light bodied. Well balanced. Lovely sweet malty flavours with a citrussy touch. Very refreshing.

Finish

Drying on powdered ginger. Fresh hazelnut aftertaste.

An excellent everyday summer dram. Sweet without excess, with an aerial texture. Fresh and fragrant.
