Nose

Quite deep and hairy with a slightly charred, meaty edge. Into the earth again, this time with a sulphur edge. Medlar-like fruit with water.

Palate

Big, robust and mouthfilling. Long and quite deep with rooty, almost smoky notes.

Finish

Meaty again.
