Nose

Fresh, with light notes of chaff, acetone and a whiff of hot plastic. Improves no end with water: dolly mixtures, lime blossom, muscat and lots of sweet American oak.

Palate

Soft and gentle with a lightly fizzy quality that opens up into crisp apple and light toffee.

Finish

Medium. Smooth.
