Oily, with barley, ozone, starch, orange juice and soft smoke.

Palate

A carry-over of barley from the nose, with vanilla, subtle smoke and wood shavings.

Finish

Peppery and nutty, with a suggestion of peat. Medium in length.

Comment

Quite an easy-drinking, relatively lightweight Highland Park.
