Nose

Ginger and plum pudding dusted with five spice. Fleshy red apples and banana bread with golden sultanas. Water relaxed the grippy rye and opened orange peel and maple syrup.

Palate

Hot, perfumed and polished wood. A curious hint of fermenting beer and rising sourdough bread with cinnamon. Rich oak with gentle glycerine \nand beeswax. \n

Finish

Sizzling twig, then waxy, fruity and sweet.

Comment

A slight disconnect between nose and palate but give it time.
