Nose
Light maltiness alongside maturity: stewed fruits, créme brûlée, barley sugar, red apple. Rounded. Develops notes of chocolate eclair and peach.
Palate
Silky mid-palate. Custard-like. Cooked soft fruit, toasted almond, tea bread and a little cedar.
Finish
Soft, quite short.
Comment
Of more interest than the Classic simply due to its extra dimensions.
