Nose

Crisp and lightly estery with pineapple, apricot and a touch of barley. With time it develops baked apple tart and vanilla notes.

Palate

Shows more barley and oak, with marzipan and toffee. Again a touch of baked apple appears and a smidgen of citrus on the middle.

Finish

Good, crisp finish with lingering marzipan and soft spice.

A pleasant, unpretentious and straightforward Highland malt.
