Glenkinchie was always robust for a lowlander, and this expression is more so. Again, it works: the typical grassy sweetness brought out by a touch of sherry.

Taster
Nose: Sweet, soft and inviting: hot fruit scones, honey, orange, barley sugar and a hint of struck match.
Palate: Good balance between sweet cooked fruits and dried nuttiness. Good texture with a sweet malty centre.
Finish: Clean and soft.
Comment: The finish gives a subtle extra layer of flavour rather than dominating.
Score: 7.8
