Nose

Mature. Seville orange. Varnished oak. Good weight, dried fig, bitter chocolate, dried orange peel. Shows some complexity.

Palate

Caramelised sweetness. Demerara, ripe and honeyed. Chestnut, cooked black fruits. Doesn't like water.

Finish

Continues to soften into peachiness.
