Nose

Reddish colour.Slightly hard and baked with juicy fruits behind. Relaxes into steamed syrup pudding and dark fruits,but this hard edge knocks it back.

Palate

Summer fruits/summer pudding. Another which is sweet on top but tight underneath (needs time for these elements to work together). Just not knitted.

Finish

Dull and lacks life.
