Nose
Intensely coffeed sherry. Citric and fresh, with sweet, sun dried raisin, prune and dates. It seems to have some age and with time develops a slight herbal nuance.
Palate
Light in body with plenty of citrus character. Hints of dark chocolate, dried fruit, earth and coffeed tannins follow. The spices become very gritty in the middle.
Finish
Long and remaining citric with an almost saline-like quality, but the sweet, dried fruit underpins.
Comment
For a sherry monster, it has a lovely lightness of touch.
